Are the quotes free?
Yes. We will not charge you anything for Michael to attend your property and quote your tree work.
We will provide you with a written quote along with our insurance details via email if you request.
Do I need to be home when you do the job?
It depends. Michael will let you know if you need to be home when the work is done. It is your call if you are happy for us to come and complete work when you are not home and Michael does not require you to be there.
Are you insured?
Yes. Your home is protected with our $10 million dollar Public Liability Insurance. See our insurance certificate here
Do I need to be home for the quote?
We prefer you are. This gives us an opportunity for everyone to be on the same page with your exact requirements and ensure we are giving you an accurate price. Michael can also call you while he is on site to discuss the job if you can’t be home.
How much will it cost/what is your hourly rate?
This is always a curly one to answer. We don’t charge per hour, instead we charge for the job as a whole.
This is why we are happy to provide free quotes.
No 2 jobs are alike and there are multiple factors we need to consider when undertaking work to ensure the safety of you and our crew and achieving your desired outcome.
Which suburbs do you service
We cover most of Brisbane North and the Moreton Bay area. If you are not sure if we service your area, please send us an enquiry, text message or give us a call to discuss if we can assist you.
